Plants lithophytic. Stems creeping, densely covered with scales; Scales linear lanceolate, concolorous, reddish brown, denticulate at margin near apex. Leaves monomorphic, bipinnate-tripinnatifid; covered with long-unicellular hairs on both surfaces, scaly at base. Laminae deltoid in outline, hairy, membranous; pinnae 10‒14 pairs, lower pairs opposite, upper pairs alternate, gradually becoming smaller upward; pinnule 6‒10 pairs, alternate, narrowly oblong, apex acute, margin lobe about ¾ way to costule, sessile. Sori small, reniform to round, black, on basal acroscopic veinlet of each vein group of lobe; indusia round-reniform, thin, persistence, sparsely hairy, light green; spores monolete, kidney-shaped.

Habitat

In limestone crevices on shady walls in a cave at an elevation of about 430 m.
