A small climbing epiphyte. Leaves elliptic, thick coriaceous, entire, occasionally faintly recurved; adaxial surface rough with scattered hairs; apex acute, base cuneate to acute. Inflorescences extra-axiliary, slightly concave in top view, 5–12–flowered; flower buds pentagonal shaped with reddish brown acuminate apex. Calyx greenish to reddish brown, lobes 5, nearly divided, ovate, apex acute. Corolla rotate, creamy to yellowish white, adaxial surface with densely long straight hair along the margin of the lobes; lobes reflexed, revolute, ovate, apex acuminate. Corona creamy to pinkish white. Pollinia obliquely oblong, yellow, apex truncate. Pistil 2-ovaries, glabrous. Follicles linear-lanceolate in outline, pale green with scattered reddish brown spots.

Habitat

on tree trunks and branches in both semi-exposed and shady areas in hill evergreen forest at 1400 m elevation.
